After a great wine tasting with Parkers Wines these are the Wine of the Month until the end of May.



Lake Chalice Riesling 2004, Marlborough

Aroma: Intense lime, honeysuckle and apricot.
Palate: Sweet mouth filling flavors of citrus and a distinct mineral note. Well balanced.


Lake Chalice Pinot Noir 2003, Marlborough

Aroma: Spiced cherries and plums.
Palate: An abundance of cherry and plum flavor with forest floor notes. A fine grain oak tannin.



Borthwick Sauvignon Blanc 2004, Martinborough

Aroma: Lifted passion fruit and gooseberry.
Palate: Aromatic characters combined with mouth filling palate of tropical fruit flavors.
